Finding the right partner is only half the job. The other half is making the introduction count, shaping the partnership, getting terms agreed, and making sure it actually produces results. We manage every step from first meeting to signed agreement and beyond.


What this phase delivers

Active, structured partnerships that are clear on terms, expectations and how referrals flow. Not vague handshakes and good intentions. Partnerships with commercial agreements, defined processes and regular facilitated touchpoints.


What's included

  • Introduction brokering. We set up the first call between you and each vetted partner. We share context with both sides beforehand so the conversation starts warm, focused and with a clear reason to be there.

  • Collaboration sessions. We facilitate structured sessions where you and your new partner map out the partnership together. Who refers what, to whom, how introductions are made, and what success looks like for both sides.

  • Terms and agreements. We help both parties agree on commercial terms and get a partnership agreement signed. Referral fees, attribution windows, exclusivity, payment terms. All handled cleanly.

  • Deal Room facilitation. For partners placed in Deal Rooms, we run four facilitated sessions across the year. Small groups of 3 to 4 non-competing founders, structured conversations, accountability and momentum.

  • Ongoing partner management. Monthly touchpoints with each active partner to keep the relationship warm, surface new referral opportunities and troubleshoot anything that's not working.

  • Referral tracking and attribution. Every introduction is logged, tracked and attributed. You always know which partner sent what, where it is in your pipeline and whether it closed.

  • Performance reviews. Quarterly reviews of your full partner ecosystem. Which partnerships are delivering, which need attention, and where we should recruit next based on what's working.


How long it takes

Brokering begins as soon as the first partners are vetted and approved. Most partnerships go from introduction to signed agreement within 2 to 3 weeks. The ongoing management runs for as long as we work together.


What happens next

This is where the flywheel starts turning. Partners are active, referrals are flowing, and the data tells us where to double down. We keep recruiting new partners, refining the strategy and growing your ecosystem based on what's actually delivering results.
