What's included
Partner sourcing. We use your ideal partner profiles to identify dozens of potential fits every month. We search our network, mine LinkedIn, tap into our community and go beyond the obvious to find people you wouldn't find on your own.
Outreach and attraction. We run personalised outreach on your behalf. No templates, no spam. Every message is tailored to the individual and explains clearly why a partnership makes sense for both sides.
Vetting calls. We speak to every potential partner before you do. We assess their relevance, their credibility, their willingness to give and whether they're genuinely a fit for your business and your ICP.
Compatibility matching. Not every good business makes a good partner. We assess alignment on values, target market, service style and commercial appetite before making any introduction.
Pipeline management. We track every prospect from first contact through to introduction. You always know how many partners are in the pipeline, where they are in the process and what's coming next.
Recruitment reporting. Monthly updates on who we've spoken to, who's been approved, who's been filtered out and why. Full visibility on the quality and pace of your partner pipeline.
How long it takes
Recruitment starts the moment infrastructure is complete. First partner introductions typically land within 2 to 4 weeks. The pipeline builds continuously from there, with a target of 10 strategic partners within the first 6 months.
What happens next
Once a partner has been vetted and approved, we move into Partner Brokering. We set up the introduction, facilitate the first conversation and guide both sides towards a signed, working partnership.
