What this phase delivers
By the end of this phase, you'll have a complete partnership channel ready to activate. Not a slide deck. Not a theory. A working system with clear targets, defined partners, a compelling offer and the tools to manage everything.
What's included
ICP and buyer signal mapping. We dig into who your best clients are, how they found you, and what triggered them to buy. Then we map the types of people who are already in the room with those buyers before you are.
Ideal partner profiles. We build 3 detailed profiles of the exact businesses and individuals who are best placed to refer you. Not vague categories. Specific descriptions your team could use to spot one in a conversation.
Offer design. We design what you're actually offering a partner. What's in it for them, what's in it for you, how referrals work, what the commercial terms look like. Something clear enough that a partner can say yes on a call.
Channel planning. We map out where partnerships sit alongside your other growth channels. How many partners you need, what types, how referrals flow into your pipeline, and what realistic revenue looks like over 12 months.
Enablement kit. Everything a partner needs to refer you confidently. A one-pager on your business, a guide to spotting the right buyer, talking points, and a simple process for making an introduction.
Partnership agreement. A clean, fair agreement that protects both sides. Referral terms, exclusivity or non-exclusivity, attribution, payment terms. Ready to send the moment a partner says yes.
Tools and systems setup. We set up the tracking, the CRM tags, the referral logging and the reporting so that from day one you can see what's working and what isn't. No spreadsheets held together with hope.
How long it takes
Most infrastructure builds are complete within 4 weeks. Some are faster if you've already got parts of this in place. We move at whatever pace your business needs, but we don't drag it out.
What happens next
Once the infrastructure is built, we move into Partner Recruitment. Everything we've created in this phase becomes the brief we use to go and find the right people. The strategy stops being a document and starts becoming a pipeline.
